BILINGUAL TELEHEALTH · TEXAS en español

What is this all for?

It's a fair question.

Therapy in English y en espaƱol, anywhere in Texas.

Telehealth therapy for adults with Christian Molina, MA, LPC, NCC: anxiety, burnout, identity, grief, and the parts of life that do not have a name yet.

Some of what people bring here is bigger than one life: the news, money, a family system, a body that has been overridden for years. Some of it is quieter, something you've been holding long enough that nobody asks anymore.

If you're angry about any of it, you're still here. There is still a choice ahead, and it can feed your life or drain it.

Does this sound familiar?

Maybe something is off and you cannot say why

  • things are technically fine and you are not

  • you used to feel more like yourself

  • you can list everything good and still feel hollow

  • you keep doing the same thing and expecting it to feel different

Maybe you are tired of explaining who you are

  • some things only land in Spanish, others only in English

  • you carry one version for family and another for work

  • you are done coming out and still find yourself doing it

  • you do not want to spend therapy translating yourself

Maybe you are carrying what you were handed before you could choose it

  • you are supposed to have it figured out by now

  • things are fine on paper and you feel underwater

  • you are doing everything right and it does not feel like enough

  • some of what you carry has no name in English or Spanish

Maybe you have done the work and the work was another performance

  • you have read the books and optimized the routines

  • you are good at looking fine

  • you have a full calendar and an empty inner life

  • you got the success and not the version of yourself you expected

I work with people across a wide range of identities and experiences.

A man with glasses and dark hair smiling, wearing a maroon t-shirt and a blue jacket, sitting in front of framed artwork on a wall, including a black and white poster of a man with an open mouth labeled 'Jack Nicholson The Shining'.

You still have a life to live.

I'm bilingual and bicultural, from Socorro, just outside El Paso. I'm neurodivergent and queer, and I trained as a classical vocalist. Some of the people I work with share parts of that. Some share none of it. The work goes just as deep either way.

Most of the people who find me are good at looking fine. Our work goes underneath the surface: under the grief, behind the anger, the fear behind the shutdown, the question living inside the exhaustion. Your inner life is treated as something worth understanding.

What I help with

Anxiety, burnout, and depression

When something is off and you cannot say why, and you are tired of being good at functioning.

Identity and belonging

LGBTQ+ adults, bicultural and first-generation adults, and anyone whose belonging has required hiding part of themselves.

Men's mental health

Provider stress, and the weight of being fine on paper.

Life transitions, grief, and loss

Divorce, a parent's death, a diagnosis, the end of something you thought would last longer.

Neurodivergent adults: ADHD, autism, AuDHD

A life built around your wiring, not against it.
