For your team, your meeting, your event.

The same lens I bring to the room I bring to your meeting, your team, or your event.

I am a licensed therapist who also speaks, consults, and brings mental health programming into organizational and public-event contexts. The clinical practice is the center of the work. The pages below are the formats in which that work shows up outside the therapy room.

Most of what I do in these formats follows the same principles as the clinical work. I take seriously what a person, a team, or a room of attendees is actually carrying. I do not optimize for surface engagement. I do not deliver a one-size-fits-all program. The expertise is real, the framing is clinical, and the language is plain.

The three pages below cover the three formats I currently offer. If your need does not fit cleanly into one of them, reach out anyway. We can figure out together whether the work is something I can do.

Workshops, speaking, and trainings

Talks, workshops, and trainings for entrepreneurs, founders, student groups, association events, classrooms, and community gatherings. Topics include mental health for founders, burnout and boundaries, AI and identity, communication and team dynamics, and others customized to your audience. Formats range from 30-minute keynotes to half-day workshops.

Organizational wellness consulting

For HR teams, founders, and operations leaders thinking through workplace mental health. I help organizations design realistic mental health programming, workshops, and referral pathways that match their actual capacity. Not an EAP. Not a productized package. Real consulting that takes seriously what your team is carrying and what your organization can sustainably offer.

Event Wellness

For conferences, retreats, festivals, and live events that want mental health programming integrated into the experience. This might be a keynote, an interactive session, a hosted quiet space, or something custom. The work is to figure out what your event actually needs, not to deliver a brand-package off a shelf.

Have something in mind?

Whether you have a clear ask or are just thinking about what mental health programming might look like for your team, your meeting, or your event, the conversation is the place to start.
